CEENIU Returns and Refunds Policy

30 Days No Questions Asked Return: You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason, as long as the product remains undamaged. Please note, however, that this refund policy may not be applicable to business purchases or bulk orders, typically defined as orders consisting of more than 10 products.

Cancel Order: You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If necessary, please contact us to cancel by sending an email to ceeniu100@gmail.com.

Return or Exchange Period: For products purchased from official channels, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the product to return it for an exchange or refund. We will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago.

Exchange Process:

3. Please note that you need to provide a valid purchase certificate (order number purchased through official channels) and detailed information including problem description, photos, videos, etc.
4. We will reply to you within 1-2 working days.

Return or Exchange Shipping Fees: If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems, CEENIU will be responsible for all shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the associated shipping charges. Refund: After initiating the return process, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order is successfully refunded. Price Protection: CEENIU reserves the right to adjust product prices displayed on our website at any time and correct any unintentional pricing errors. However, we offer a 14-day price guarantee. If you make a purchase and we lower the price of the product within 14 calendar days, please contact us at ceeniu100@gmail.com to request a refund of the difference. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the price drop. Please note that the price protection only applies to purchases made on our official website, ceeniulife.com, and does not extend to third-party websites or time-limited sales events, such as Black Friday or Amazon Prime Day.
