CEENIU Returns and Refunds Policy

30 Days No Questions Asked Return: You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason, as long as the product remains undamaged. Please note, however, that this refund policy may not be applicable to business purchases or bulk orders, typically defined as orders consisting of more than 10 products.

Cancel Order: You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If necessary, please contact us to cancel by sending an email to ceeniu100@gmail.com.

3. Please note that you need to provide a valid purchase certificate (order number purchased through official channels) and detailed information including problem description, photos, videos, etc.

Return or Exchange Shipping Fees: If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems, CEENIU will be responsible for all shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the associated shipping charges. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the price drop.
